Create your owner account

The admin tools could not reach the database yet. Deploy this site on Netlify with a database and SESSION_SECRET, then reload.

  1. In the Netlify site: Data & Storage → Database → Create a database.
  2. Site configuration → Environment variables → add SESSION_SECRET.
  3. Upload / deploy the site again, then reload this page.

This first account is the site owner. Other people will request access, and only you can approve them.

Club access

Sign in if you already have access, or request access from the site owner.

Your username is the email address on your admin account.

If email delivery is not set up, the site owner can send you a reset link from the Access tab.

Set a new password

Choose a new password for your EPFC admin account.

Upload pictures & videos

Add photos, short videos, iPhone Live Photo videos (.MOV), or a YouTube / Vimeo link. The site shrinks iPhone clips so they can play on the web. Longer game footage still works best as a YouTube link. Choose whether this batch also plays on the homepage rotator — it defaults to yes.

Add event

Added events show on the Schedule page, grouped by league / age group. Use Delete on any event to remove it.

Choose the boys or girls age group this belongs to, or leave it club-wide. Team is chosen from the Teams tab, or Club-wide.

Age groups appear under the program cards on the Programs page. Add a logo and a picture for each boys or girls group.

Add team

Teams appear in the Team dropdowns on Photos, Events, and People. Inactive teams stay off those lists but keep their existing assignments.

Add person

One form for board, staff, and coaches. Role decides where they appear on the public page. Leave league as Club-wide for a whole-club role. Email and phone stay in admin only; they are not shown on the public Board & Coaches page.

Access requests

People request access from the sign-in page. Approve someone and they can upload photos, edit events, and manage the roster. Only you can approve or remove access.

Sign-in help

Forgot-email and forgot-password requests show up here. You can copy a reset link or set a new password for an approved user.
